We at The Rockford Surgical Service appreciate your interest in our practice.  Because we believe in good patient care and the sanctity of the doctor/patient relationship, we are unable to honor e-mail requests for medical information.  We instead prefer to address those questions on a case-by-case basis in the context of an examination.  We will however answer all telephone questions regarding appointments, insurance, insurability, physician, and office hours.
