Our offices are located in Rockford, IL, approximately 90 miles West of Chicago, Illinois and 50 miles South of Madison Wisconsin.  We are conveniently located near Interstate highway 90, and can be easily reached by car or other modes of transportation.   For our out of town patients, many fine hotels and motels are within 5-10 minutes of our office, and more information and suggestions regarding overnight and longer stays can be provided by our staff.
